This is the only half decent shot after a month in Nepal
(I know, you should see the others!). The camera decided
to pack in during a 12-hour bus ride from Kathmandu
to Jiri and this stone carving taken on day 2 in the
country, survives as a reminder of my first, but certainly
not last visit to Nepal. That bus journey however will
never be repeated: the ride, the heat, the Maoists,
the guns… It is simple in hindsight; just fly
into the Khumbu.
